How do I join a live audio study room?

Open the Univo app, pick a room from the Rooms tab and tap Join. Your microphone stays muted until you unmute it, and you can leave a room at any time. Microphone access is only requested the first time you join.

Are study rooms recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. Room audio is streamed live and is not recorded or stored by default. If a recording feature is ever enabled for a specific room, every participant sees a clear in-room recording indicator before it starts and recording is opt-in.

I can't hear anyone or my mic isn't working.

Accepted Answer

Check that Univo has microphone permission in your device settings, that your device is not muted, and that no other call app is holding the microphone. If the problem continues, send us your device model and app version using the form below.

How do leaderboards and perks work?

You earn points for verified study sessions and streaks. Rankings reset each season, and perks unlock at set point tiers. Perks are supplied by partner brands, are subject to availability, and hold no cash value.

I'm a landlord — how do I list a property?

Sign up with the landlord role, then submit your listing from the Housing Hub with accurate address, pricing and availability details. Listings are reviewed before they go live, and inaccurate or misleading listings are removed.

How do I reset my password or change my email?

Accepted Answer

Use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. To change the email on your account, submit a request below from the address currently on the account so we can verify it.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@univoinnovations.com from your account address, or submit a request below. We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it's complete.
